Minnowburn to Edenderry

A nice quiet paddle from Minnowburn to Edenderry village. You can park at Shaw's Bridge or Minnowburn. Head upstream as far as Edenderry village, here you will reach Eel Weir and the water level is too low to continue.
Additional Info
Shaw's Bridge is free and has a slipway into the water. Minnowburn is also free but the access to the water is a bit muddier. Under the A55 bridge the river continues onto a white water slalom course, avoid that if you are not equipped for it. Otherwise a very calm paddle upstream.
